What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Wendy utilises CBT techniques to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to your mental health concerns. By restructuring distorted thinking and implementing practical coping strategies, CBT equips you with the skills necessary to manage symptoms effectively.
