Counselling relationships can be established either face to face, by telephone or online counselling.

Some people prefer the ethos of telephone or online working as you can discuss matters in the privacy of your own home. Appointment times tend to be easier to arrange at your convenience even in a busy working week and more flexible if you travel away on business.

All you need is access to the internet or a telephone and a private place to speak. The same rules around confidentiality apply to telephone and online counselling the same as with face-to-face sessions.
